About the role
As an administrator for our partner, you will work with case management, giving you the opportunity to build your administrative experience from the ground up. You will handle incoming cases, register information, and ensure that everything follows clear routines and processes.
You will receive a good introduction and support in your work, which allows you to get into the role quickly even if you are new to the working world. We are hiring administrators for both Piteå and Luleå.
To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, structured, and able to work at a high pace without compromising on quality. You collaborate well with others, take initiative, and contribute to improving workflows. You have a good technical understanding, are curious, and want to develop within administration. You enjoy a changing environment and see opportunities to learn new things.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with case management where attention to detail and structure are central. You ensure that incoming cases are handled correctly from start to finish and according to established routines.
You will, among other things:
- Handle and register incoming cases
- Ensure that information is correct and complete
- Work in various administrative systems
- Follow up and close cases according to routine
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management
We are looking for someone who
- Has a completed upper secondary education, preferably within economics or law
- Has good technical understanding and curiosity
- Can communicate well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as both languages are used in daily work
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in an administrative role or within customer service, for example as a receptionist
- Connection to/residence in Piteå or Luleå
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
