Energikontor Norr is looking for a Project Manager who wants to contribute to developing a sustainable, competitive, and robust Norrbotten. Here, you will work in close collaboration with municipalities, property owners, companies, authorities, universities, and other actors to turn ideas into reality.

We drive regional, national, and international development projects within the energy and climate sector, and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to help create the next generation of projects and collaborations.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and implementing development projects from start to finish. You work together with colleagues and external partners, taking responsibility for project execution, deliverables, economics, and follow-up.

A key part of the role is to create and develop long-term relationships. You feel comfortable meeting with municipalities, property owners, businesses, and other organizations, and you see opportunities where others see challenges.

Among other things, we work with:

• energy efficiency
• sustainable and robust energy systems
• municipal energy planning
• sustainable transport
• energy use in buildings
• electrification
• circular economy
• EU-funded development projects

Additionally, experience in developing new projects or writing project applications is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience leading projects
• is structured and enjoys being responsible for schedules, budgets, and results
• is a good communicator and enjoys creating new contacts
• is proactive and drives the work forward
• has good administrative skills and works comfortably in Microsoft 365
• expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you

• have experience from the real estate industry or work with energy efficiency in buildings
• have a broad network within the energy sector in Norrbotten
• have a good understanding of energy systems, energy transition, and public actors
• have worked with EU-funded or other externally funded projects
• have experience in project development or project applications
• have a relevant higher education or university degree, for example in energy, engineering, urban planning, or similar

About Energikontor Norr

Energikontor Norr is Norrbotten's regional energy office and is owned by the county's 14 municipalities together with Norrbotten County Administrative Board. We work for a sustainable energy system by driving development projects, creating collaboration, and supporting municipalities, companies, and other organizations in the energy and climate transition.
