We are looking for an Economic Assistant for our Financial Administration department. Financial Administration consists of the functions customer accounts, supplier accounts, and cash management.

About the role

As an Economic Assistant, your main responsibilities will be invoice processing and payment handling. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting expected incoming and outgoing payments, participating in monthly closing, performing reconciliations, and carrying out other tasks occurring within the department.

Requirements

As a person, we see you as responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team with other colleagues.

You hold a high school diploma with a focus on economics.

Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English are required for the role.

Do you have prior experience in finance? If you also have knowledge of SAP and strong data skills, we consider this a bonus.

Other information

This is a full-time temporary position, initially from September 2026 to August 2027, with a potential for extension. Start date is negotiable.
