About the company

Konsument Finans AB has been in operation since 2002 and continues to grow. We are now looking for four new employees for our office in Kalix.

We collaborate with some of Sweden's leading players in the banking and finance industry. Our assignments primarily consist of customer service for existing customers, as well as sales and advice regarding financial products and services.

Job Responsibilities

We are recruiting for two different positions starting August 10:

Customer Handler (1 position)

You will work with incoming and outgoing contacts with existing customers. The role involves providing service, answering questions, and assisting customers with banking and financial matters.

Telephone Advisor (3 positions)

You will work with outgoing phone calls to both cold and warm leads, informing about and offering products and services from one of Sweden's leading banks in its field. The work focuses on quality, excellent customer service, and long-term customer relationships.

You will receive an introductory training of approximately two weeks, providing you with the knowledge required to get started in the role.
