The HR department at Region Norrbotten has a broad mandate to support and develop the region's managers and operations. We work closely with operations in areas such as workforce planning, working environment, leadership, labor law, and wage formation – with the goal of contributing to a sustainable working life and an attractive employer.
We are now looking for an engaged HR partner for HR Direct, our first-line support for the region's managers.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have an academic education in behavioral science, personnel science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
You have a genuine interest in people and employer issues. Experience in HR, labor law, or qualified administration is an advantage.

What you will work with
As an HR partner within HR Direct, you provide professional support to managers and work both advisory, operational, and administrative.
The role includes among other things:
- Advising managers on HR-related issues.
- Handling issues related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS), seniority rights, conversions, and employment terms.
- Providing service via phone and digital, written case handling.
- Managing administrative HR processes and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the HR department for a professional and efficient HR delivery.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime hours. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
