About the role
We are now looking for an administrator for an industrial project in Luleå. Here, you will gain insight into how the construction industry works in practice and become part of the project organization, working with administration and documentation within the OHS/HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) field. In this role, you will support the organization's HSE team with a wide range of administrative tasks. You will act as a link in safety work and ensure that documentation and processes meet the highest quality standards.
You will be employed as a consultant through Academic Work and work at our client's site. The position is long-term, and if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, you will eventually have the opportunity to be hired directly by our client.
Responsibilities
The role involves operational administrative responsibility, with a focus on producing and maintaining safety documentation to support daily operations.
- Write and compile RAM (Risk Assessment Method) documentation and risk analyses
- Create and administer work preparation documents
- Support HSE officers and coordinators in daily safety work
- Collaborate with the safety team and other HSE functions
- Ensure order and structure in the project's administrative systems
We are looking for someone who
- Has basic knowledge of occupational health and safety/OHS/HSE from education or work experience (i.e., you have been exposed to safety issues, legal requirements, or quality systems)
- Has experience from an administrative role
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car to commute to the project site
