Do you want to work in an administrative and coordinating role where you can combine structure, service, and urban planning issues? We are now looking for an experienced administrator for a position with a larger organization within socially vital infrastructure. The location can be in Luleå or Stockholm.

About the role

In this role, you will work in a department that handles issues related to permits, rights, and development. You will become a key administrative resource and will receive and coordinate inquiries from municipalities, authorities, and larger companies wishing to establish operations adjacent to the organization's facilities.

Based on internal guidelines, current legislation, and in collaboration with other units and departments, you will compile materials and answer whether planned establishments can be carried out. The role involves many contact points and requires you to be confident in both written and oral communication.

Your main responsibilities

  • Receive, coordinate, and respond to inquiries from municipalities, authorities, and companies
  • Compile materials and responses related to planned establishments
  • Work according to internal guidelines, the Electricity Act, and other relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with internal units and departments
  • Write meeting minutes and document decisions, cases, and materials
  • Coordinate and drive administrative processes forward
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods within the organization

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative and coordinating work at a mid-level, preferably from a larger organization or operation with many internal and external contact points. You have worked independently in your field and are accustomed to taking responsibility for driving your tasks forward.

You have experience writing meeting minutes, handling documentation, and communicating clearly both in writing and orally. You have very good knowledge of MS Office and are comfortable working in various administrative systems.

To fit the role, we would appreciate that you have experience with municipal planning processes, building permit processes, or similar issues related to urban planning. This is particularly relevant if you have worked with detailed plans, the Planning and Building Act, property law, or issues related to the electricity grid.

We believe you have an educational background in areas such as urban planning, jurisprudence, or a similar field.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented. You are good at creating order, coordinating information, and managing several issues in parallel. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different functions.
