Planning Coordinator for Kiruna Municipality

About the Role

As a Planning Coordinator with us, you have a central role in supporting and coordinating operations within the Planning Unit. You contribute to the smooth functioning of our planning processes by handling administrative tasks, coordination, and document management, as well as being a key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and administering planning processes, including registration, documentation, and distribution.
• Handling invoicing, accounting, and other financial follow-up.
• Ensuring documents are registered and that information is correct and accessible.
• Developing and streamlining our administration in collaboration with colleagues.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within the planning and urban development operations and offers a varied workday with many contact surfaces. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, and curious – someone accustomed to handling qualified administrative assignments.

We believe you have:

• Documented experience in administrative work.
• Good ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Good ability to handle diverse tasks and plan your time.
• Knowledge of administrative systems.

If you have previously worked in a politically governed organization, we consider this an advantage.
