Job Description

As an accountant with a focus on projects, you have a broad assignment in a growing organization. The role covers ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and investigation of financial issues, where you support both projects and regular operations through analyses and reports.

You work broadly within the economic field, with a distribution between ongoing accounting, project economics, and follow-up. You contribute to financial management in projects while also being part of the daily financial management in the operations.

You are part of the finance function and report to the Finance Manager. The role is an expansion, and the team consists of a Head of Accounting, an Accountant, a Controller, and a Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you work in close collaboration with operations and business development, where finance and business meet in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects.

Responsibilities

Your and the team's responsibilities include among other things:

• Reporting to external financiers
• Project accounting
• Accounting and bookkeeping
• ongoing accounting
• monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• follow-up of budgets and forecasts
• analyses and financial decision support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a person, you are communicative and comfortable with many contact surfaces. You are happy to contribute your competence and create engagement and joy in the team.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting, or other equivalent education or experience considered equivalent
• Good experience with ongoing accounting
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Confident working in financial systems and other relevant systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Experience with applications, reporting, and follow-up within externally funded projects, for example, EU-funded projects
• Experience with investments
• Experience with asset accounting.

The position is full-time and refers to a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Salary is based on agreement, and a collective agreement exists. Start date is by agreement.
