Do you want to work as a case officer in a service-oriented role with many contact points? We are now looking for an employee for the Post and Telecommunications Authority's (PTS) unit for lost mail in Kiruna. Is that you?

The unit for lost mail handles the country's undeliverable mail, which for some reason cannot be delivered to either the recipient or the sender. PTS's unit for lost mail in Kiruna handles approximately 200,000 undeliverable letters annually.

Start: 2026-08-17
End: 2027-02-14
Scope: Full-time, 8 hours/day
Location: Kiruna
Salary: 26,000 SEK/month

Job Description

As a case officer, you work with processing, registering, and investigating undeliverable mail, as well as answering calls from the public and postal operators. You answer questions and complaints from citizens regarding postal operators' service and other postal matters. A large part of the contacts are handled via phone and email. The duties also include preparing for and participating in supervision cases when necessary. Together with colleagues in the unit, you participate in other routine tasks and contribute to cross-departmental work and the authority's joint activities. Work takes place at the business office in central Kiruna and is performed together with other colleagues.

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and personal data
  • Computer proficiency
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
