To meet this demand and continue our growth, we are now looking for a driven and relationship-building Consulting Manager who wants to help develop our business and our market position in the region.

About the role

As a Consulting Manager with us, you will have a varied and developmental role where you are responsible for the entire process – from sales and customer development to recruitment, staffing, and consultant management. You will become an important partner to our customers while helping candidates and consultants find the right opportunities in the labor market.

No two days are alike. One day you meet with customers to discuss future competence needs and business opportunities; the next day you conduct interviews, present candidates, or follow up on our consultants on assignment. You work independently with significant personal responsibility, but also in close collaboration with colleagues locally and nationally.

With us, you will not be alone in your role. You will belong to a driven local team in Norrbotten consisting of 4 employees, and at the same time, you will become part of a strong national network of consulting managers and recruitment specialists within the OnePartnerGroup group. The position is based in Norrbotten, and the location may be in one of the five municipalities: Kalix, Luleå, Boden, Piteå, or Älvsbyn, depending on the candidate's place of residence and the business's needs.

You are self-motivated, structured, and have the ability to switch between strategic and operational tasks. You like a fast pace and are driven by achieving results together with others.

Requirements for your profile

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good digital skills and experience working in various systems
• Experience in sales, customer relations, recruitment, HR, leadership, or similar operations
• Ability to work independently and drive your own work forward
