About the job

We are currently looking for an engaged employee with a focus on service for our test facility in Arjeplog.

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where service, communication, and structure are at the center.

You are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression while handling administrative tasks.

Start date by agreement, but no later than October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome visitors.
• Handle incoming calls on the switchboard.
• Booking management.
• Responsible for key distribution/creating access cards.
• Supervise loading and unloading of cars and goods.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Administrative experience and good computer skills, preferably in the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in reception or another service role.
• Good spoken English and/or Swedish.
