What does the role offer?

In the role of Consulting Manager, you have a central role where you are responsible for our recruitment and staffing assignments. You are responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talents with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main tasks:

• Build and maintain customer relationships: Act as an advisory partner to our customers and ensure long-term collaborations within competence supply.
• Recruitment: Independently manage the entire recruitment process, advertising, selection, interviews, personality assessment, personality tests, and feedback for various roles in both the white-collar and collective sectors.
• Staffing: Handle everything from advertising and selection to interviews and employment.
• Personnel responsibility: Coach and support consultants to create a motivating work environment.
• Customer relations: In the role, you are an important part of the collaboration with our customers, maintaining our customer relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach during the recruitment or staffing processes.
