About the position at Werksta Kiruna – Mixed role 50% sheet metal and 50% administration

Responsibilities – Sheet Metal (50%)

• Perform car sheet metal repairs and replacements of body and metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles

• Use the workshop's machinery and hand tools for damage repair and straightening

• Collaborate with colleagues in damage assessment and painting for smooth workflows

• Ensure high quality in executed sheet metal work and follow workshop routines

• Document performed work in our digital systems

Responsibilities – Administration (50%)

• Handle bookings, customer contact, and planning of work orders

• Register and follow up on incoming cases in the workshop system

• Communicate with insurance companies and suppliers as needed

• Create and archive documentation and invoicing materials

• Contribute to the improvement of processes for customer service and workshop administration

Qualifications and who we are looking for

• Interest in both practical workshop work and administrative tasks

• Experience in car sheet metal work, bodywork, or equivalent is an advantage

• Experience with administrative work, preferably in digital workshop systems

• Detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded

• Can work independently and in a team, and prioritize between different tasks

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Category B driver's license is required
