We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager for our construction projects across the region, based in Luleå or Piteå. The Real Estate Business Area is part of the Regional Support Division, which consolidates Region Norrbotten's support and service functions within HR, finance, IT/MT, procurement, supply, Facility Management, and real estate. The division's mandate is to provide cost-effective and coordinated support to divisions, departments, and citizens.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who have a relevant technical university or college degree, or equivalent education or knowledge assessed by the employer as equivalent. You have good language skills in Swedish, both oral and written, as well as several years of experience in construction project management and familiarity with driving complex construction projects through the entire process. You are specialized in one of the areas: Building, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Safety, or Civil Engineering. A valid B-driver's license is required.

It is meritorious if you have good IT skills and documented knowledge of contract law, AMA, and AB publications. It is also meritorious if you have worked in consulting and/or contracting operations, or within the real estate industry.

We are looking for you who are communicative and have an easy time building good relationships. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for driving your work forward. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and thrive in working together with others. You are flexible and can adapt to changing needs in the operations.

What you will work with

As a Project Manager at Region Norrbotten, you will work on everything from small to large, complex construction projects where you will be involved in the entire process from idea to handover. You will work in close collaboration with property managers, tenants, healthcare units, consultants, contractors, and authorities. Your tasks include preparing internal calculations, budgets, decision support documents, and tender documents, as well as participating in tenders for contracting projects and consulting services. You will also participate in internal development work for the Region's own properties.

Information about the position

The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours 08:00–17:00. Start date as soon as possible. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
