We are now looking for a Delivery Handler for a major infrastructure project in northern Sweden. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors, focusing on documentation, coordination, and follow-up. You will become part of a project where structure and quality are key to ensuring that the work progresses according to set requirements and processes.
About the role
As a Delivery Handler, you are responsible for ensuring that the project's documentation and information deliveries maintain high quality and adhere to established requirements. You will review, register, and follow up on materials from various parties, contributing to ensuring that the right information is available throughout the different stages of the project.
The role offers you a broad introduction to working on large-scale civil engineering projects and suits you if you wish to develop within project support, administration, and information management. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Receive, review, and register deliveries of documentation and project data
- Ensure that consultants and contractors deliver the correct materials according to set requirements and timeframes
- Follow up that the project's documentation complies with current regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate information flows between different project stakeholders
- Handle changes, deviations, and document-related queries
- Support project management in administrative processes and handover of completed facilities
We are looking for you who
- Have a university or college degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a similar field and are at the beginning of your career
- Have strong administrative skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoy working with documentation and digital systems
- Have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with many different contacts
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- A master's degree with a focus on land and environment
- Live in/have connections to Luleå
