About the position

At Inre Kraft i Norr AB, we are now looking for substitutes for our staffing unit during the summer, with good opportunities for permanent employment in the autumn!

We currently offer:

• Summer substitute position from June to August

• Permanent employment 85-95% from the end of summer.

Working hours: Our work takes place every day of the year between 06:00–22:00. Since the assignment is time-critical, we are looking for you who are open to shift work and can work both days and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Location: The workplace is located in Boden. If you live in another municipality, we would prefer that you have a driver's license and a car, as it is important that you have the opportunity to get to the workplace for shift work on weekdays and weekends, as local traffic does not always align with our working hours.

Start date: Since the assignment requires a thorough introduction, we would prefer that you can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

In this role, together with the team, you will be responsible for covering short-term absences at Inre Kraft and our sister companies within the group across the country. This means that every day you ensure that our customers have their services staffed – something that is absolutely crucial for their lives and security.

The work therefore requires high attention to detail, structure, and a strong ability to deliver at the highest level, even under pressure.

Here you need to be able to handle rapid changes and make well-founded decisions within given frameworks, often under time pressure. You must be comfortable taking charge, driving your work forward, and acting independently when the situation demands it. At the same time, you are a person who enjoys interacting with people, is clear in your communication, and meets both customers and colleagues with professionalism.
