Are you an experienced AP Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volumes? We are now looking for a Senior AP Specialist who wants to take on a key role in Accounts Payable and contribute with structure, quality, and stability in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processes within Accounts Payable. You will work closely with the business and serve as a key resource during system changes, CAPEX-related processes, and the correction of historical transactions.

• Manage and quality-assure processes within Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ensure correct handling of CAPEX-related supplier invoices

• Support and drive activities related to system transitions and process improvements

• Act as a superuser in financial systems and support users within the organization

• Manage and correct historical transactions as needed

• Ensure structure, documentation, and compliance with internal routines and controls

• Contribute to stability and order in a high-tempo, fast-changing operation

• Efficient and accurate handling of Accounts Payable

• Ensured quality in CAPEX-related transactions and capitalizations

• Successful support during system migrations and system-related changes

• Clear documentation and well-functioning financial processes

• Correct handling of historical discrepancies and transactions

• Several years of experience in Accounts Payable

• Experience from production, warehouse, or logistics operations

• Good knowledge of CAPEX processes and capitalization of work in progress

• Experience with system migrations

• Previous experience as a superuser in an ERP or financial system

• Very strong administrative skills and high attention to detail

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience with SAP

• Experience with Medius

• Experience from large or international operations
