North Military Region (MR N) is entering an exciting and developmental phase, and we are looking for two system management administrators who want to join us on this journey. Our work is characterized by good team spirit, helpfulness, an open-door policy, and a focus on growth and improvement.
About the Regional Staff, System Management Department J6
The System Management Department is staffed by the J6 Chief and System Management Officers. The department supports the execution of operations and exercises within the region, as well as supporting the production of the region's resources for the Home Guard. The department is also responsible for ensuring communication with units and civil authorities functions properly.
Main Responsibilities
You will administer radio systems, IT systems, and cryptographic systems. The work is varied, combining technical tasks with collaboration with people. Initially, your role will involve taking courses on systems where you do not yet have the required competence. The work involves collaborating with instructors within the military region and participating in the training of users on various communication systems for position training and maintenance of Home Guard personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education with passing grades
- Experience with communication systems
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

QUALIFICATIONS

Other Information
Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
Work hours: Full-time.
Work location: Boden.
Civil position.
Evening and weekend duty, as well as business travel, occur in the work.

The region consists of a staff and five training groups. The operations span from Kiruna in the north to Härnösand in the south. At MR N, there are seven Home Guard battalions and several support functions. The Swedish Armed Forces have a strong value foundation based on openness, results, and responsibility.
