The most important job of the future

We want to lead the transformation of our industry towards a sustainable future. Just as we want to change the world, we want to develop everyone who is with us on this journey, both personally and professionally. Do you want to help shape the future of the world's mining and mineral industry?

Your role

As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic and operational partner to our managers. In addition to the team, you will become part of a larger HR organization where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common working methods are a natural part of everyday life.

You are a proactive advisor and partner to managers in both operational and strategic matters, where you support, challenge, and contribute to the development of operations. In this role, you drive and lead various development initiatives within HR and continuously work on developing, implementing, and following up on HR strategies, policies, and guidelines. You ensure that HR work is well anchored in operations and actively contributes to supporting and achieving the organization's goals and needs.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide coaching support to managers
  • Give qualified support in employment law matters
  • Plan and implement leadership development initiatives
  • Handle and support rehabilitation cases
  • Work actively with diversity, inclusion, and working environment
  • Drive and develop work within Talent Management and succession planning

What you bring with you

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant and proactive, with the ability to drive your work forward independently while being a team player. You are communicative and have an easy time building trusting relationships. Furthermore, you are structured and work systematically, which enables you to handle several parallel tasks with high quality.

You are confident in coaching and challenging managers and have a business-driven approach where you see the connections between HR initiatives and business results. As a person, you have high integrity and a professional attitude in your work.

  • University education in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience working in the HR field
  • Ability to switch between operational and strategic issues
