Job Responsibilities

You are applying for the position of leisure-time pedagogue at Tvärskogsskolan. It is a small school surrounded by nature. You will work actively to promote each child's development and learning through a conscious pedagogical approach based on the common agreements of the leisure-time center. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating the activity based on the goals of the curriculum, as well as documenting and analyzing how these goals are integrated into daily work. You will collaborate with colleagues in the work team, where you jointly develop the pedagogical activities and create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified pedagogue for leisure-time centers. To succeed in this role with us, you have the ability to create safe and trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have a genuine interest in interaction and communication and see value in collaboration to create a developmental and inclusive environment. We are looking for you who are solution-focused, flexible, and have an interest and curiosity in other people, development, and learning.
