The Child and Education Administration in Vimmerby Municipality is responsible for all pedagogical activities, from preschool to higher education, and is also responsible for Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and civic orientation for newly arrived individuals. DUTIES

• We are looking for a primary school teacher for grade 6 with qualifications in Swedish, mathematics, and social studies.
• As a class teacher, the role includes responsibility for the class, and you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and assessment of the teaching in the subjects you teach.
• You are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment that leads to an increased desire to learn among students and facilitates knowledge development.
• You work in a way where core values and security permeate the entire school day, and you ensure that every student is met with the support they need.
• You view collaboration and dialogue with students, guardians, and colleagues as a natural part of the security work.
• You are part of a grade-level team and a working group, where continuous collegial work takes place to develop the quality of teaching and to meet students' needs in the best possible way.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher with qualifications to teach in grades 4-6. You have a well-thought-out view of knowledge and students. Your ability to collaborate is good, and you plan, implement, and evaluate the operations together with your colleagues. Reflection on learning is a matter of course for you, and you are happy to share with others in collegial learning. You are flexible and have good pedagogical insight. In addition, you are structured and have clear leadership in the classroom.

Quality in teaching is a prerequisite for good goal fulfillment. You see this as a matter of course and therefore ensure that your teaching is goal-oriented, challenging, and characterized by both content and methodological variation. You have high assessment competence. To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are a secure and stable leader who easily creates good and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
