RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching children aged 1–3 based on international, national, and municipal guidelines. You actively work to promote each child's development and learning through a conscious pedagogical approach based on the preschool's joint agreements. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating activities based on the curriculum's goals, as well as documenting and analyzing how these goals are integrated into daily work.

You collaborate with colleagues in the work team, where you jointly develop the pedagogical activities and create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to build safe and trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have a genuine interest in interaction and communication and see value in collaboration to create a developmental and inclusive environment.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Working hours: Daytime.
