Preschool Pulpeten Smedjan is looking for an engaged preschool teacher.

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who is driven by creating a safe, joyful, and educational environment for every child.

By working systematically with language-developing learning tools and themes, we promote a language- and knowledge-developing approach and create contexts for the children. Play and movement are important ingredients for creating joy and security. We focus on a sustainable future by teaching children to respect and care for both our environment and their fellow human beings.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating operations based on international, national, and municipal steering documents.
• Teach the children and be responsible for promoting their development and learning.
• Drive a language- and knowledge-developing approach.
• Work thematically.
• Collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and other actors for the benefit of the children.
• Follow pedagogical research and conduct pedagogical development work.
• Work with and be responsible for the pedagogical environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher.

To succeed in the role of preschool teacher, you have the ability to create good relationships with the people you meet and see differences as an asset. You are engaged and take responsibility for the assignment. You can work systematically but also have the ability to adapt to the changing conditions of the work. You have a positive attitude and see joy as an important part of everyday life. You are skilled at collaborating in teams, can lead colleagues, and value collegial learning. Salary: Monthly salary.
