Teacher in Swedish and Social Studies (Grades 4–6) at Södra Skolan

Södra Skolan in Kalmar is a centrally located independent school (grades F–9) with an after-school center and approximately 390 students. We are looking for a certified teacher in Swedish and Social Studies for grades 4–6. Here, you will become part of a dedicated team working together for the students' learning, safety, and development.

In this role, you will teach Swedish and Social Studies, serve as a mentor for a grade level, and be responsible for creating a structured, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and student health services to provide each student with the best possible conditions for success.

We are looking for you who are a confident and clear educator with good knowledge of the national curriculum. You build good relationships, have high expectations for students, and adapt teaching to their needs.
