Södermöreskolan is a lower secondary school in southern Kalmar Municipality with approximately 250 students and 30 dedicated staff members. Here, we work closely together, with short decision-making paths and good opportunities to influence the development of teaching.

Job Responsibilities

You will support a student and assist in schoolwork and the entire workflow of initiating, conducting, and completing lessons. You create a sense of security in teaching and are available during breaks and transitions.

The position primarily involves supporting a specific student in grades 7–9, where you work closely with the student throughout the school day, supporting both in teaching situations and social transitions. The role also includes covering for absent pedagogical staff when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is secure and clear in their approach, with a calm demeanor. You should have pedagogical education and/or experience working with teenagers with special needs.
