Role Description:

• Support business management, finance, and procurement processes in cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate procurement activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier accounts payable processes, invoice tracking, and payment-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and finance teams to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Support month-end closing, periodization management, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Maintain supplier master data, business registers, and reporting databases.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support within finance, controlling, and procurement functions.
• Support Management Information System (MIS) reporting and business performance monitoring.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Only candidates based in Sweden will be considered.
