Our Operations

Brunn School is a grades F-9 school with approximately 525 students. The school is located on Ingarö, a 30-minute bus ride from Slussen. The school works with digital tools and has a very good digital infrastructure. In grades 4-9, all students have their own computer.

With respect, joy, and involvement, we work with our focus areas: study culture, strengthening and developing reading and writing skills, improving mathematics knowledge, as well as AI and source criticism. You will have a fantastic job with freedom under responsibility, meetings with students, parents, and professional colleagues.

Your Role

The role as a teacher in English, Swedish, and Social Studies (SO), and preferably multiple subjects, means that you are part of a work team, including with grade 4. You are responsible for teaching in your subjects and are a mentor for a class. You will teach several classes.

As a mentor, your most important task is to motivate students to study and strengthen their self-esteem and social development.

Värmdö Municipality uses V-klass as a tool in planning and follow-up work, as well as in contact with parents and students.

Your Experience

We are looking for you who have teacher certification with the qualification to teach Swedish, English, and Social Studies in grades 4-6.

Your Personal Qualities

As a person, you are sensitive to the students' needs, clear, respectful, and have a great ability to collaborate with both our students and the adults at the school. You are a driven and engaged teacher who likes to challenge and be challenged, and who has high expectations for your students.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
