Temporary Personal Assistant Needed – Mölndal

LSS-Partner AB is a company working with individuals who require personal assistance. We act as the formal employer for assistants, run training activities, and provide advice and support to supervisors and assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have signed the applicable collective agreement.
About the Client
The client is an active 78-year-old woman. It is important that you enjoy working with people, and that you are loyal and reliable. Chemistry between the client and the assistant is crucial. The client lives in Mölndal and has a dog and a cat at home.
Responsibilities
You will accompany the client inside and outside the home. Duties include hygiene care and operating a lift. Interest in gardening and cultivation is appreciated.
Who we are looking for
- You are energetic, reliable, and loyal.
- You hold a valid driver's license (mandatory).
- You have a genuine interest in working with people.
- Experience or interest in gardening is a plus.
Shift Schedule
We are looking for temporary substitutes who can step in as needed. Shifts are scheduled as follows:
- Weekdays: 08:00–16:00 and 18:00–23:00
- Weekends: 09:00–14:00 and 18:00–23:00
