Do you have experience in IT recruitment and are driven by creating business, building relationships, and delivering results?

At Eccera, we are now looking for a sharp recruiter to join our team in Gothenburg. Here, you will work closely with both candidates and customers in a daily routine characterized by high tempo, personal responsibility, and a clear focus on delivery. We are looking for you who thrive in the intersection between recruitment, IT, and business development.

With us, the role is about more than just finding candidates. You will be an important part of our continued growth and work closely with the business in deliveries to several of our largest customers and framework agreements. Here, quality, proactivity, and high target achievement are crucial for success.

Your responsibilities

• Search and attract IT specialists via LinkedIn and other networks
• Build and develop long-term candidate networks within IT
• Interview and quality-assure candidates
• Match the right competence to current consulting assignments
• Present candidates to customers and drive processes forward
• Work with deliveries to several of our larger framework agreements
• Be a key player in our deliveries to both regional and national customers
• Contribute to developing Eccera's business, candidate networks, and market presence
• Work closely with customers, candidates, and colleagues to ensure high quality in every delivery

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience in IT recruitment, search, or the consulting industry and who have a good understanding of different roles within IT. You feel comfortable discussing competencies within areas such as infrastructure, development, cybersecurity, project management, or other specialist fields.

As a person, you are commercial, curious, and results-oriented. You like working towards goals, creating new opportunities, and are motivated by delivering with high quality. You are fearless in dialogue with both candidates and customers and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening.

You are driven by results and enjoy the feeling of winning. Whether it is about finding the perfect candidate, delivering on a framework agreement, or helping a customer solve a competence need, you are motivated by creating concrete results and making a difference.
