You also work practically by providing support interventions for students individually, in groups, and as support in regular teaching situations.
Alongside this, you have a consulting and supervisory role towards colleagues, other colleagues in the student health team, and school management. As a special needs teacher, you are an important part of the school's student health team.
You develop classroom work regarding adaptations and special support in close collaboration with teachers and pedagogues.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:

- Ability to create positive and developmental meetings with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You view collegial learning positively with a focus on visible learning, leadership, relationship, and subject matter.
You are responsible and have the ability to consider each student's individual needs and prerequisites. In collaboration with colleagues, you contribute to developing good learning environments for all students in the school.
You have experience and competence to drive school development issues, and pedagogical discussions interest you.
You have a language- and knowledge-developing working method and can contribute to spreading knowledge in the collegium.
You are well-versed in current regulatory documents and have good ICT skills.
We would appreciate it if you had experience in driving the development of student health work at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
