About the Department

Imaging and Functional Medicine is a county-wide department located in Avesta, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora.

As a Medical Secretary, you will be employed by BoA (Imaging and Administration).

Job Responsibilities

We offer you an exciting and developmental role in collaboration with dedicated colleagues. With the patient in focus, we provide efficient care characterized by knowledge, quality, and empathy. You will work in a team and handle varied tasks such as scheduling, reception duties, image management, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Medical Secretary who is detail-oriented, cooperative, flexible, and self-motivated.

As a person, you have a good ability to take initiative and a willingness to be helpful, providing excellent service to patients and staff. Personal suitability is highly valued. Communicating and collaborating in a constructive manner is second nature to you, as everyone is responsible for contributing to a good work environment.

The work takes place during standard office hours on weekdays, allowing you to plan your free time effectively.

Full-time employment is required.
