About the role

We are growing and are now looking for a driven and structured Project Administrator who wants to take on a key role in our operations. Our main business is external maintenance, where we work with municipalities, housing companies, and private property owners.

You will work closely with the management and be responsible for the office, administrative processes, as well as parts of our projects and staff planning.

🧩 About the role

As a Project Administrator, you are the hub of the operation. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly for both customers and staff. The role combines administration, planning, customer contact, and an understanding of property maintenance.

Our staff consists mainly of property maintenance workers, so it is important that you have a basic understanding of how work in external maintenance functions.

✅ Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily office work
• Support the Team Leader with administrative and operational tasks
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects
• Create, plan, and update schedules
• Act as the contact person for customer support and incoming inquiries
• Communicate with customers, property owners, and staff
• Ensure structure regarding documentation, agreements, and routines

👤 We are looking for you who:

• Are structured, self-starting, and solution-oriented
• Have strong organizational skills and enjoy taking responsibility
• Are communicative and service-oriented
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
• Are proficient with computers (Office/Google Workspace, scheduling, etc.)
• Have basic knowledge or experience in property/external maintenance
• Previous experience in administration, staffing, projects, or customer support is a plus
