Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a background in accounting and finance and thrive in a broad role where you combine independent work with close customer dialogue and advisory services. You have experience with the entire financial flow and feel confident taking responsibility for your own customer assignments.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Educational background in economics/finance
  • 1 year of experience in similar tasks
  • Experience with ongoing bookkeeping
  • Experience with budgeting and tax returns
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

  • Experience with Agresso or similar business systems
  • Experience from the real estate industry or financial management.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and meticulous while working efficiently and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with many contact points and appreciate working closely with customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, are helpful, and contribute a positive attitude to the team. You also have the ability to work independently and handle periods of high workload in a professional and quality-conscious manner.

What does the role entail?

In the role of accountant, you have overall responsibility for the finances related to a number of housing associations, where you act as an advisory contact person for boards and customers regarding financial matters. The position offers a wide variety of tasks and great opportunity to influence and plan your work. You work both independently and together with colleagues in finance and management, while becoming an important part of creating security and quality for the customers.

You will be part of an experienced team of accountants located in several places and work closely with both internal and external contacts. The role also involves participation in board work in housing associations, making the position both social and business-oriented.

Tasks include, for example:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Preparation of financial statements and annual reports
  • Budgeting and financial follow-up
  • VAT, tax, and income tax returns
  • Economic advisory to customers and boards
  • Customer responsibility for a number of housing associations
  • Participation in board meetings
  • Work in financial systems and administrative tools.
