The Department of Care and Social Services is responsible for the municipality's elderly and disability care, home healthcare services, and the catering unit. The department employs over 1,000 staff members. The largest group consists of care personnel such as nursing assistants, personal assistants, nurses, and cooks. However, there are also many other professions within our operations. We are all key players, and our operations are characterized by employees who are engaged, responsible, and competent.
Are you someone who thrives on creating structure, coordinating resources, and finding solutions? Do you want to work in an operation where no two days are alike and where your work contributes to providing care and social services with the staffing support they need? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities
As a Coordinator, you work closely with the unit managers of the operations and support the daily work with staffing, scheduling, and personnel planning. You coordinate staffing efforts, handle changes in daily operations, and provide data and support for the planning of the operations.
In the role, you will among other things:

- participate in dialogue with managers and operations regarding staffing solutions
- participate in scheduled on-call duty according to a rolling schedule to handle urgent staffing needs during evenings, weekends, and major holidays
The role involves many contact points and sometimes a high pace where conditions can change quickly. To succeed, you need to be able to prioritize between different tasks, collaborate with many different actors, and feel confident making decisions within given frameworks.
Qualifications
- University education in the field of personnel and working life, HR, public administration, economics, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. Alternatively, several years of experience in qualified work within staffing, personnel planning, scheduling, or another coordinating function that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience in working with staffing, personnel planning, or scheduling
- Good system proficiency and experience working in digital operational systems
- Good administrative skills and habit of handling several parallel tasks
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

We are looking for you who thrive in a coordinating role where structure, service, and collaboration are crucial for success.
You are solution-oriented and have the ability to prioritize when several issues need to be handled simultaneously. You communicate clearly, build trust-based relationships, and find it easy to collaborate with people in different roles and functions.
You have a good ability to create an overview, see connections, and structure information to find practical solutions within given frameworks. Even when the pace is high, you work methodically and keep the focus on what is most important for the operation.
