You will step into a comprehensive modernization effort where the planning, allocation, and management of railway capacity are being developed to become more transparent, efficient, and capacity-optimized. In this role, you work at the intersection of business architecture and solution architecture, focusing on connecting processes, information flows, business needs, and IT solutions. You collaborate closely with the business, development teams, and external suppliers in a complex environment with significant impact on the future capacity planning for Swedish railways. This is a role for you who want to combine strategic architecture work with deep domain knowledge in an area where the right solutions make a real difference.

• You analyze and describe business processes, information flows, and needs related to capacity planning.
• You drive work within both business architecture and solution architecture to ensure that solutions support the business's goals.
• You influence how IT solutions are designed in line with existing IT services and established architecture principles.
• You coordinate architecture issues between the business, development teams, and external suppliers in a complex system environment.
• You contribute to the development and implementation of capacity optimization systems as well as associated processes and ways of working.
• You support the development of solutions for track work planning as well as application and allocation for trains and track works.

• At least 10 years of work experience, within the last 15 years, in system development in C# and Visual Studio against SQL Server as well as multi-layered architectures.
• At least 7 years of work experience, within the last 15 years, in system development against Microsoft Internet Information Server as well as design patterns for web solutions such as Repository Pattern, Dependency Injection, and Unit of Work.
• At least 7 years of work experience, within the last 15 years, in service-oriented architecture, architectural patterns, contract-based and interface-based services, as well as information as a service.
• At least 7 years of work experience, within the last 15 years, in documented solution and software architecture.
• At least 4 years of work experience in system development with Single Page Application, JavaScript, REST services, and Angular.
• At least 4 years of work experience in leading work with external foreign suppliers in a complex system solution.
• At least 4 years of work experience in system development within the process for allocating capacity for a transport system, such as railways or similar.
• Documented experience in technical leadership of IT development projects with at least 10 participants.
• At least 6 years of documented experience with the standard system Train Planning System (TPS).
• At least 6 years of experience with Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
• Very good knowledge of the MPK solution's architecture or similar solutions, including dependencies between ways of working, processes, and systems.
• At least 5 years of work experience in independently being responsible for and working with business development and the implementation of capacity optimization systems within project MPK or similar assignments.
• At least 5 years of knowledge of capacity planning within track work and trains according to MPK processes and systems, including TPS and Kapacitetsportalen.
• At least 5 years of work experience in developing IT solutions for track work planning as well as application and allocation for trains and track works according to MPK processes and systems, including TPS and Kapacitetsportalen.
• At least 5 years of work experience in developing processes and ways of working within the application and allocation for trains and track works.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
