About the role

In this role, you will become part of the quality department at our client and will work to support production lines with quality issues as well as develop long-term improvement processes. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure the highest quality of products used worldwide. We are looking for someone with a background in a technical role who is passionate about quality and wants to help develop both internal processes and supplier collaborations. Responsibilities

• Drive improvement activities with a focus on preventing quality issues
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and implement improvement measures
• Visualize quality outcomes and work with continuous improvements
• Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to ensure high quality

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in a similar role within technology and/or quality
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Is technically and analytically minded

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience in machining within industry or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Good proficiency with hand measuring tools or previous experience working with coordinate measuring machines
