Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the surgical leadership team: a Business Developer (Verksamhetsutvecklare). Working as a Business Developer with us is a strategic assignment that also requires the ability to be operational and proactive in implementation. The role involves analyzing, investigating, planning, training, and designing new ways of working and routines, as well as being responsible for follow-up and evaluation. The fundamental task is to improve, ensure quality, and streamline the organization's processes with the patient's needs and the organization's mission in focus.

This is a diverse and stimulating job where you will have the opportunity to use many different skills and competencies in close collaboration with the various professions within the organization. The role also includes an important patient safety assignment, where work with deviation management, follow-up, and improvement measures is a central part.

The assignment involves extensive collaboration with the clinic's managers and employees, as well as broad collaboration throughout the entire healthcare sector. The Care Developer is part of the leadership group and is organized under the Business Manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has a licensed profession within healthcare
• has work experience within your profession
• has experience or a strong interest in structured change and improvement work
• has good computer skills and is quick to learn different systems
• has good collaboration skills and a professional attitude
• communicates well both orally and in writing
• is flexible and can work both independently and in a team

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience of surgical care
• experience of process leadership or other forms of business development
