The Opportunity
Do you want to drive real change? We are now looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL) for HV Breakers who wants to develop both our working methods and our organization. In this role, you will have a central position where you combine strategic thinking with practical implementation and drive improvements that create real value in the business.
You will become part of our Continuous Improvement department – a competence network for improvement work. With a focus on the Design organization, you will have a key role in driving improvements from idea to implementation, while contributing broadly across the entire business where the need is greatest.
In the role of CIL, you drive improvement work together with the business and create concrete, measurable results. You play a central role in developing a long-term improvement culture and act as both a leader and an ambassador in the change process. Through structured root cause analysis, problem-solving, and clear management of initiatives, you lead process development and ensure systematic follow-up of actions and their impact. You contribute to increasing the effect of implemented improvements, as well as strengthening engagement and competence within Continuous Improvement.
How you will make an impact
- Lead data-driven improvement initiatives and ensure that efforts are prioritized based on the business's needs, goals, and performance.
- Drive and accelerate problem-solving within the Design organization through structured root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure that lessons learned are captured and disseminated throughout the business.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and relevant tools to identify waste, improve flows, and clarify interfaces within the organization.
- Ensure clear management, visualization, and systematic follow-up of improvement work, as well as measuring results in relation to expected outcomes.
- Create alignment and effective cross-functional collaboration by clarifying responsibilities, interfaces, and establishing anchored working methods.
- Strengthen the improvement culture by coaching managers and teams in Continuous Improvement and L6S methodology.
Your background
- You have a relevant university degree in fields such as industrial economics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology, business development, or quality technology – or equivalent work experience.
- You have knowledge in improvement work, Continuous Improvement, or change management, through education and/or relevant work experience, and you are committed to contributing to long-term and sustainable improvements together with others.
- You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Since the role involves close collaboration between design and production, Swedish is a requirement.
- You are a clear, receptive, and empathetic communicator who thrives on collaboration and building good relationships throughout the organization. You value a strong sense of community and an inclusive working approach.
- You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, and you take responsible ownership of your work. You drive improvements from idea to implementation in a reliable and goal-oriented way.
