Welcome to our friendly health center! At the health center, you will work alongside doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and a behavioral health team. We have specialist clinics for conditions such as diabetes and wounds. We also have a family center with pediatric nurses, midwives, and an open preschool. The health center is divided into two locations, one in Grycksbo and one in Britsarvet, and we collaborate closely.

We work in teams, which means that doctors and nurses meet for daily rounds to plan and address current patient cases.

As a medical secretary/health care administrator, you will be part of one of the teams, assisting with tasks such as waiting list management and patient booking. Together with your colleagues, you will have overall responsibility for the daily administration at the health center. As a secretary/administrator in primary care, you will handle varied tasks such as healthcare documentation, reception duties, referral handling, case management in 1177, and other administrative measures.

You must have one of the following educations:

• Medical Secretary Program (120 ECTS)
• Healthcare Administration Program (180 ECTS)
• Medical Secretary Vocational Education (400 credits)
• or a 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education
