Welcome to Gillbo-Gröndalsskolan! We are a preschool to grade 9 school in Sollentuna with approximately 480 students and 56 employees. Our vision is to be "A school in time – where differences meet and opportunities take shape".

Job Responsibilities

You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching and activities in the after-school center, focusing on meaningful, developmental, and varied activities for the students. You plan and conduct lessons in physical education and health in accordance with the curriculum and actively contribute to students' social development, safety, and learning through play, creativity, movement, and interaction.

During the school day, you also collaborate closely with teachers and other staff in a whole-day learning approach, where you support students in their teaching, lead active breaks, and create a consistent thread throughout the student's entire day.

In the afternoons, you are responsible, together with colleagues, for the after-school center's operations, where you create a structured, safe, and inclusive environment, capture students' interests, and turn them into engaging activities. You also participate in the planning, documentation, and development of the activities in close cooperation with the work team.

Qualifications

As a person, you are confident in taking a leadership role and have a solution-oriented approach. You thrive in collaboration with others and find it easy to build good relationships with both students and colleagues.

Requirements

• You are a certified teacher in after-school care with a specialization in physical education and health.

Meritorious

• Previous experience working in a school is considered an advantage.

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. A police certificate of good conduct will be checked before employment.

Interviews will be held on-site at Turebergshuset Monday, June 22nd, and Tuesday, June 23rd.
