Job Description

The role involves working as a teaching teacher in textile and woodwork crafts (slöjd). You need to have a strong commitment to the students and their development. It is important that you can build good relationships with the students and have an easy way of motivating them to dare to try out different techniques and moments according to the curriculum. You will become an important part of making them feel that they succeed and can, as well as highlighting their creativity. The position involves teaching at several F-6 schools with more time at one of the schools.

We want you to be a driving force in the development of the crafts subject while also having an easy time collaborating with other colleagues.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are a certified crafts teacher with the necessary qualifications and good knowledge of both specializations of the subject. We also welcome you who are a certified primary school teacher or a teacher for after-school centers/daycare educators and who have a strong interest in broadening your pedagogical path towards the crafts subject. We view broad subject qualifications positively.

You should have good knowledge regarding teaching in the crafts subject. In addition to education, we see your personal qualities as important. Experience in similar tasks is highly valued. A driver's license for cars is required.

Working hours: Holiday service (ferietjänst)
