Your Responsibilities
You will work at our adult residential facility in Fränninge. Here, we communicate using sign language, for which we offer internal training. You will be part of a team working together to ensure every individual has a meaningful occupation and daily routine. Your role is to support individuals in their daily lives, assisting based on their specific needs. This may include care duties, daily chores (laundry, cleaning, shopping), or simply providing everyday support. You are also expected to participate in the individual's activities, such as day trips or other events.
About You
We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education, preferably within healthcare, elderly care, or child and youth care. Experience in healthcare or elderly care and previous work in similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of sign language and experience with LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Specific Needs) is a merit.
You are responsible, secure, and value the well-being of others. Your commitment is crucial for success in this role. In our recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You must be able to read and communicate in Swedish to understand the information that forms the basis of your work.
A valid driver's license is required.

Employment
We offer you a temporary hourly position with an hourly wage. We apply individual salary setting, and the start date is by agreement. A requirement for employment is that you can provide an extract from the crime register (misstanke- och belastningsregistret). Your working hours will cover days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also prove a valid work permit or that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit according to Chapter 6, Section 13a of the Aliens Ordinance.
