About the Role

Jobbie Sverige AB helps people move forward in their careers. As a Career Coach, you will play a key role in supporting participants in finding jobs, developing their skills, and achieving their goals. You will work closely with both participants and employers, building relationships and creating real opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Coaching and support for participants in job searching and career development
• Matching with employers and follow-up of workplaces
• Contacting companies and building networks in Eastern Skåne
• Contributing to a welcoming and professional office environment
• Collaborating with colleagues and developing working methods

Requirements for the Role

• Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to helping others
• Locally rooted in one of the locations (Kristianstad, Bromölla, or Sölvesborg)
• Positive, solution-focused, and motivated
• Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education is an advantage

Qualifications to Work With Us

You must meet either Alternative 1 or Alternative 2 below:

Alternative 1:

• University degree of at least 180 credits
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2:

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant professions, e.g., team leadership, recruitment, coaching, career guidance, or HR
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education with a passing grade
