Rälsen Spanska is a Swedish preschool with a bilingual profile. We work based on the Swedish curriculum. The Preschool consists of 4 departments. Currently, we have two departments for children aged 1-3 and two departments for children aged 3-5.

The preschool is located in bright and pleasant premises at Västra vägen 11 B-C in Solna, with proximity to green areas, playgrounds, and football fields.

Job Description

We are looking for you who can create a creative and learning place and environment for our children. Together with the rest of the staff, you drive and develop the operations.

You are a licensed preschool teacher. You have an easy time collaborating and you are positive, responsible, flexible, pedagogical, and structured. You are an engaged educator who puts the children first.

You have great opportunities to influence and be involved in the development of the preschool.

You are interested in pedagogical documentation and actively working with the pedagogical learning environment, so that it is constantly changing and inspires the children to joyful learning.

• Is a trained preschool teacher and has experience within preschool.
• Sees reflection and pedagogical documentation as a natural tool.
• Has knowledge of the curriculum and the ability and methods to implement it in practice.
• Has good collaboration skills.
• Works on developing the pedagogical learning environment so that it is clear, accessible, and inspires the children to joyful learning.
• You should have good communication skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. Speaking Spanish is not a requirement.
