About the workplace: Rödsleskolan

Rödsleskolan is located next to the beautiful nature of Döderhultsdalen. The school has approximately 730 students distributed across grades F-3, 4-6, and 7-9, as well as approximately 100 staff members. All educators belong to a work team with an associated coordinator.

At Rödsleskolan, there is dedicated staff with a positive and inclusive approach who work to give the students a good school day. We work with a clear focus and with great respect for our similarities and differences. Rödsleskolan is a Training School that, together with Linnaeus University, educates new teachers. This means that we have several students in our operations.

Job Description

We are now looking for a substitute coordinator and permanent substitute teacher who wants to become part of our operations in grades F-6 and the leisure center at Rödsleskolan.

Responsibilities

Your task with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. Great emphasis is placed on relationships.

You will work as a substitute coordinator for grades F-6 and the leisure center, as well as a permanent substitute in this operation. You will work closely with principals, teachers, and administration.

Qualifications

We assume that you enjoy working with children and young people. Administrative tasks are included in the position.

We believe that you are independent, meticulous, proactive, and have a professional and service-oriented approach. You have good cooperation skills and thrive in teamwork. We place great importance on personal suitability and would like to see that you have experience working in the school world.

It is important to us that you can build good relationships, are receptive, clear, creative, and meet each student based on their prerequisites.

You are:

• A clear leader in the classroom.

• An experienced IT user who can use various digital tools in teaching.

You are a certified teacher for primary school education and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
