Montessori Educator / Childcare Worker

Target Group: Older Children's Department (Ages 3–5)

Location: Sollentuna

Do you want to work in a harmonious environment where the child's independence is at the center? Our preschool is now looking for an engaged colleague for a term-based fixed-term position during the autumn of 2026. You will be part of a team in our older children's department with children aged 3–5.

Your Responsibilities

• Work together with permanent staff in a robust Montessori environment with well-established routines.
• Be part of a team that creates a prepared, stimulating, and safe environment that sparks children's joy of discovery.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained Montessori educator or childcare worker with experience in Montessori preschools.
• Have good knowledge of Montessori materials and how they are used in an older children's department.
• Are sensitive, flexible, and have a genuine interest in child development.
