DUTIES

To Skogstorpsskolan, we are looking for a teacher for grades 4-6 for a temporary position during Autumn Term 2026, as one of our teachers will be on parental leave.

As a teacher, you contribute to developing the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations of the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt the teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical assignment often requires ingenuity, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote students' motivation, participation, and influence.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the work team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop the teaching based on the school's steering documents and goals. The work also requires cooperation with other colleagues at the school. The role as a teacher requires a good ability to analyze the child's needs and abilities, and to use methodology well adapted to the student and the group. In mathematics, we teach based on the Singapore Model.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach in grades 4-6.
• Previous experience in the profession and work with students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is meritorious.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
