We are currently looking for a qualified medical secretary who wants to work part-time on an hourly basis. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility and wishes to combine work with other commitments.

The work is primarily remote and can be scheduled during evenings and weekends based on operational needs and your availability. Your main tasks will involve medical documentation and record keeping within child and adolescent psychiatry. You will become an integral part of our team, contributing to maintaining high care quality and good accessibility.

We are looking for you who are a qualified medical secretary with experience in record keeping and strong administrative skills. You are confident in your professional role and work in a structured, meticulous, and efficient manner, even during periods of high workload.

You are proficient in working with Cosmic and express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience from psychiatry or child and adolescent psychiatry is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and easy to collaborate with. Since the work is remote, we appreciate that you are self-motivated and enjoy planning and structuring your work independently.
