About the role

This is a role where you get to build relationships and create value in a business-oriented way. If you don't already know Perido, we are a successful recruitment and consulting firm operating within the entire white-collar sector. The role combines sales, delivery, and leadership within Engineering and IT. You work with both existing customers and new business opportunities, primarily related to engineering roles and IT/Tech profiles. At the same time, you are responsible for your consultants and ensure that assignments function well over time. You follow the business all the way – from initial dialogue to follow-up. The position is located in nice premises at Stampgatan 14 in Gothenburg, a stone's throw from the central station.

Your responsibilities

As a Consulting Manager, you work broadly, but with a clear focus on developing the business within Engineering and IT as well as creating value for both customers and consultants. A large part of your time is spent working with existing customers, where you ensure through regular meetings and dialogue that the delivery works well and that the customer's needs are met over time. You capture new needs, drive the business forward, and create conditions for continued development among your clients.

In the role, you are also responsible for matching the right consultant to the right assignment, taking into account both competence and long-term development. You act as the closest manager and contact person for your consultants, where you follow up on their assignments, support their development, and ensure they are happy and performing. This includes regular check-ins, development and salary discussions, as well as overall responsibility for employment terms and follow-up.

Your qualities

To thrive in the role, you are a top-notch relationship builder and see the benefit of streamlined business setups. You have experience handling customers, are social and outgoing. Additionally, you are structured, meticulous, and tackle tasks with great engagement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the consulting or staffing industry
• Experience with or good understanding of Engineering and IT
• A genuine interest in the technology field
• Experience in sales, delivery, or similar roles
• Thrives in customer dialogues and is good at building relationships
• Is self-motivated and structured
• Has a clear results focus
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Start date immediately as agreed.
